Community Engagement

In addition to our building and remodeling projects, HomeAid reaches out to meet the immediate needs of Colorado families and individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness and the organizations that assist them. Every year we complete several HomeAid Care Days, HomeAid CareKits, and the HomeAid Essentials Drive.

HomeAid Care Days

HomeAid Colorado brings construction-industry professionals and affiliates to hands-on volunteer days during which minor repairs and upgrades are made at our partner service provider locations. Tasks like painting, landscaping, cleaning, or small construction projects are done at no charge based on the organization’s needs. During Care Days, our volunteers complete construction projects and provide critical resources to non-profit care providers who assist those in our community at a high risk of homelessness

HomeAid Essentials

Essentials Drive – We help coordinate Essentials Drives throughout the year to collect much-needed items tailored to the specific needs of our care providers. In addition to our signature annual drives, we also organize collections based on emerging needs and can assist organizations in hosting their own. Interested in hosting a drive? Let us help!
